Super (Bad Idea) Park

A dude named Cody Rosenthal Broke his back at this years Super Park while hitting one of the Big jumps there. He had no Health insurance and now is gonna be in big financial trouble (for a long time i would suppose), but you can help him out by going to the snowboarder site below and donate a dollar or more. Super Park, always takes out so many people, i hope they start getting the picture and stop sending people off of stupid stuff. I know i know, its called Super Park, so everything has to be super not wimpy. And, the riders that go there are there by their own free will, but come on seriously who are you kidding. Snowboarders these days have to go to events like this to impress the Team Managers, Magazine people, Filmers and other sponser. And if they do not like the features and decide not to ride on them, they get looked down apon, for being a wussy rider. Because there is always some Douche (j-bomb) who sends it anyways on the terrible jump (in hill park cliff), and makes everyone else look like a wimp. The snowboard industry situation is so gay right now, i am so pissed, everything looks stupid (for lack of a better word). I hope things start to change, (1260s, double backs all the time, double hold on corks, rollerblading rail tricks, 120ft jumps) because your guys are RUINING snowboarding....!

50 Meter Snowmobile Backflip!!!

Daniel Bodin, is a Swedish Freestyle snowmobile dude. (just a wierd thing to be?) But anyways, a couple weeks ago, he was up in Northern Sweden and tried to land the worlds longest snowmobile Backflip (over 50 meters or 160 some feet). Here is a clip from the attempt, as you can see he really commits, even when things arent looking so good. Check it out below (sorry its in Swedish)

Big Mountain Camping.

Just read an amazing little article about Jermey Jones (big mountain), Travis Rice, Tom Burt, Jonavan Moore, going on a month long camping/filming/hiking and riding big line trip to Alaska. Those dudes are so Bad Ass for doing stuff like that. When i here about trips like that, it makes me want to go so bad. Those dude are living. Here is a video part from Jermey Jones in Standards movie Draw the Line. The guy is such a sick snowboarder, he just flows down the mountain. But this is the kinda stuff they were doing up in Alaska, but i bet Travis was sending some crazy double flips over some crazy cravases.

Went skating the other day at a mini-ramp, which is located in a small farming area. Went there with some friends and ended up playing a game of Ad-a-Trick in the mini ramp. (its kinda like skate, but you keep copying the other peoples moves then ad your own at the end of the run. So on and so on.) Anyways it can get a little frusterating some times when you dont make it all the way through. Here is my Friend Vidar (aka Bacon) who gets pissed... (sorry the video is so long i forgot to cut the song off at the end, so its only about 1 min long, not 7)
